The Manistee Justice Court is located at 14264 West Tierra Buena Lane in Surprise, AZ. Or, West Statler and Tierra Buena Lane. It is inside the Northwest Regional Court Center, which contains around six different courts.
There is free parking in front of the building. Be sure to dress appropriately for court. Do not wear any hats, sunglasses, shorts, tank tops or similar casual clothing.
The judge is Donald Watts. Most people serving as a Justice of the Peace (JP) did not go to law school. They have no legal background. These judges won a popularity contest and were elected. After six weeks of training, they are sent to sit on the bench and judge cases. Most people would not be comfortable going to a surgeon that only has six weeks of training.
