About The Kingman Cerbat Justice Court
The Kingman Justice Court is located in the historic mining town of Kingman, Arizona in Mohave County and is the court of record for the area. It deals with both civil and criminal matters, including minor felonies, major felonies, and environmental offense violations. The court has two judges: Dave Huerta and David Wayt. The court provides a fair and impartial judicial system, providing legal resources to citizens, businesses, courts, and government entities. The court also strives to reduce the backlog of pending cases by improving caseflow management. The Kingman Justice Court strives to create safe and equitable communities for the citizens of Kingman and all of Arizona.
