REDUCED | DUI – State v. Mr. M. (DMC No. 7228) (University Lakes Justice Court No. TR2007-107320): Mr. M was observed making a wide right turn on University Dr. off of Rural Rd. After being stopped, the officer had Mr. H perform Field Sobriety Tests and claimed that he was impaired. Once he was given a breath test it revealed that he was only a .071 Breath Alcohol Content.
