DRIVER’S LICENSE REINSTATED – State v. Mr. T. (DMC No. 6751) (Arizona MVD): Mr. T. had three prior DUI convictions some years earlier, and his license was revoked for 3 years.  After the 3 years were up, we assisted him with the driver’s license Reinstatement Hearing, by getting him with a psychologist who interviewed him and produced a report that stated he was now safe to drive.  We also presented proof that Mr. T. had not drank since his last DUI, nor had he driven.  His license was ultimately reinstated.
