DISMISSED | SUPER EXTREME DUI (.214 BAC) DISMISSED – State v. Mr. S. (DMC No. 4603) (Agua Fria Justice Court TR03-09487CR): DPS Officers arrived at the scene of a single vehicle accident at I-10 and mile post 134C.  Mr. S. was standing outside of the vehicle and was unharmed.  Due to the fact that there were no witnesses, and only Mr. S.’s statement that he was the driver, we filed a Motion based on “Corpus Delicti”.  After an Evidentiary Hearing, the court granted our Motion and all charges were dismissed.
