HIT AND RUN NOT CHARGED – State v. Mr. O. (DMC No. 10679) (Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office investigated): Mr. O. was involved in a rear-end collision, in which he did not stay at the scene.  We were able to secure a police report based on the date, time, and location of the incident, and we discovered that no positive ID could be made of Mr. O.  We monitored Mr. O.’s case until the 1 year statute of limitations ran, and no charges were brought.
