DRIVER’S LICENSE REINSTATED – State v. Mr. H. (DMC No. 10593) (Arizona MVD): Mr. H. had four prior DUI’s in the previous 13 years.  Once he had completed his three years of license revocation without driving, we assisted him in getting his license back.  We sent him to a psychologist, who produced a report indicating Mr. H. was safe to drive.  We also showed the MVD Hearing Officer that Mr. H. had not driven or drank since the date of his last DUI.  His license was ultimately reinstated.
