(San Tan Justice Court No. 03-04139CR): Officers were called regarding a vehicle traveling erratically. Mr. M. was seen making a wide turn without using a turn signal. After he was stopped, he stated he’d had 1 beer, and he was subsequently arrested. He asked to speak with a lawyer, and he refused to answer the officer’s questions. Because his breath test was below the legal limit, in compass with the exaggeration by the officers, we were able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss all charges.
