REDUCED | EXTREME DUI (.168 BAC) (Scottsdale Municipal Court No. 2006029430CR): Mr. F. was involved in a traffic collision in which his tires blew. He was subsequently arrested for DUI at the hospital and provided a blood test of .168. we brought issues to the prosecutor’s attention that there was a possible Miranda violation at the hospital, and the officer had mentioned in his report that he thought perhaps the passenger was driving the car rather than Mr. F.
