REDUCED | DUI (.095 BAC) (03618392CR): Mr. O. was stopped for speeding by Tempe Police. He subsequently provided a .095 breath test. We argued to the prosecutor that he did very well on his Field Sobriety Tests and that the case was factually insufficient. Subsequently, he was allowed to plead to Reckless Driving with zero days in jail.
