REDUCED | DUI (.095 BAC) (Tempe City Court No.:03-664286-1CR): Mr. F. was found asleep at the wheel of his car and at a red light. He admitted to drinking a rum and coke and that he had rotate cuff several weeks prior and was taking the drug Darvovet for pain. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and subsequently provided a .095 breath BAC. Because the blood was not tested for Darvovet, we were able to negotiate a plea to reckless driving with zero days in jail.
