REDUCED | DUI (.089 BAC) (Scottsdale City Court- No.: 200303034-CR): Mr. D. was stopped because police received a call of a vehicle traveling recklessly on the roadway at 3:00 a.m. He was subsequently stopped, and it was discovered that he was under 21 years of age and had been drinking. He subsequently provided a .089 preliminary breath test, yet the actual admissible breath test was below the legal limit. Due to numerous discrepancies in the report, we were able to negotiate a plea to Reckless Driving.
