REDUCED (ALL) | ILLEGAL CONDUCT of an ENTERPRISE/CONSPIRACY/PROMOTION of GAMBLING and LIQUOR LICENSE VIOLATION ALL REDUCED to class 6 open/misdemeanor and PROBATION with ZERO DAYS JAIL – State v. Mr. C. (DMC No. 10534) (Maricopa County Superior Court CR2012-006937): Mr. C. had opened up a business regarding indoor golf simulation and began having a poker game occur in the back of his business. He then leased the space to another gentleman who ran a poker game (for profit) in the back room. Mr. C. was charged with “conspiracy” and “illegal conduct of an enterprise”, along with gambling and liquor violations. We were able to have everything reduced to a class 6 open/misdemeanor, in which the judgment of guilt was set aside immediately at sentencing. Mr. C. has no conviction on his record.
