NOT CHARGED | SEXUAL ABUSE – State v. Mr. S. (DMC No. 4813) (Gilbert PD  Investigated): Mr. S. was a substitute nurse at a local grade school, when a 3^rd grade girl claimed to have been touched on the breast by him.  Detectives contacted Mr. S. and we became involved.  Mr. S. passed a polygraph, and then we accompanied him to the Detectives to give a statement and to take a Computerized Voice Stress test.  Detectives claim that he passed when asked if he accidently touched her breast.  Detectives still forward the information to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and we were successful in convincing them to “turn down” the case for prosecution.  No charges were ever brought against Mr. S.
