GRANTED | PROBATION VIOLATION DISMISSED and MOTION to TERMINATE PROBATION GRANTED/POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – State v. Mr. P. (DMC No. 6571) (Maricopa County Superior Court CR2004-036931): Mr. P. was probation for possession of marijuana when he was charged for a hit and run. Ultimately, the hit and run was dismissed, and we were able to show that court that Mr. P. had completed his community service hours and had paid all applicable fines for his probation case. Not only was the Petitioner Revoke dismissed, but our Motion to Terminate his probation was also granted.
