State v. Mr. M (DMC No. 8195)

Mr. M was a student at the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute located in Phoenix, Arizona. He had several friends with him that he was visiting at the school during the night. As they were leaving, he saw a cable hanging off of a motorcycle. He went over and reattached it shortly before they left together. After he left, he was accused of attempting to steal that cable and he was expelled just 6 weeks prior to graduation.

We were retained to appeal this decision and we had Mr. M submit to a polygraph examination (which he passed). In addition, we had his 2 friends appear and testify on his behalf. After the hearing, his expulsion was reversed. He thereafter graduated and now is a successful motorcycle mechanic.
