DISMISSED | ORDER to SHOW CAUSE – State v. Mr. M. (DMC No. 10636) (Tempe City Court 11-065560):  Mr. M. had been convicted of a DUI in the City of Tempe and had been ordered to do 10 days jail, with 9 days suspended if he did a substance abuse screening and classes.  He never completed the classes nor did he do the screening and the judge issued an Order to Show Cause Summons.  Mr. M. hired us, and we were able to get him enrolled and have all classes complete, which relieved him from having to serve 9 days in jail.
