CONVICTION SET ASIDE | POSSESSION of DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – State v. Mr. K. (DMC No. 10357) (Mohave Superior Court CR-94000897): Approximately 13 to 14 years earlier, Mr. K. had been convicted of possessing drug paraphernalia. At the time, he was addicted to drugs. He had since become married and had several children, and owned a business which employed 10 people. We were able to convince the court to set aside this judgment of guilt, and all complaints against him were dismissed.
