DISMISSED | SOLICITATION of PROSTITUTION – State v. Mr. D. (DMC No. 6205) (Mesa City Court 2006-004348): Undercover Mesa Detectives were monitoring an area near Alma School & Main for alleged prostitution activity.  A female prostitute was recognized getting into Mr. D.’s car, and both were pulled over and cited.  In exchange for Mr. D.’s cooperation, he was granted immunity in order for the State to prosecute the alleged prostitute.  All charges against Mr. D. were dropped.
