PROBATION REINSTATED with ZERO DAYS ADDITIONAL JAIL/POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – State v. Mr. D. (DMC No. 10458) (Maricopa County Superior Court CR2009-173571): Mr. D. was probation for possession of marijuana. He received a new felony DUI charge, and a petition to revoke his probation was filed. At the Revocation Hearing, we showed the Judge that we were actively fighting the DUI charges. Even though Mr. D. had other deficiencies in his probation, we convinced the Judge reinstated him to probation with no additional jail time.
