GRANTED | MOTION TO DESIGNATE FELONY as a MISDEMEANOR GRANTED/ENDANGERMENT – State v. Mr. C. (DMC No. 10507) (Maricopa County Superior Court CR2009-159520): Mr. C. had been charged with a hit and run with injury, yet had plead to a felony “endangerment”. His probation had concluded, and we filed a Motion to Modify his sentence from a felony to a misdemeanor. The Judge agreed and Mr. C. only has a misdemeanor on his record.
