SUPER EXTREME DUI (.369 BAC) REDUCED to 5 days in jail – State v. Mr. C. (DMC No. 10393) (Phoenix City Court 4405744): Mr. C. was pulled over for weaving and allegedly smelled strongly of alcohol. He could not do field sobriety tests due to disability from the Army in which he sustained injuries. He subsequently produced a blood reading of .369. Due to the fact that is such a high reading would most likely result death, and given the fact that he was a veteran with numerous physical inquires, we were able to negotiate a plea down from SUPER EXTREME DUI (in which he faced a minimum of 45 days in jail) down to a regular DUI with 5 days in jail.
