NOT CHARGED | POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA FOR SALE – State v. Mr. Z. (Maricopa County) (DMC No 4033): Mr. Z. came to us after a search warrant was served on his residence. Mr. Z. had over a half pound of marijuana at his residence, and it appeared that he had been selling marijuana in smaller quantities from his house. This exposed him to years of potential prison. We were able to negotiate a “cooperation deal” with Chandler Detectives. After Mr. Z. satisfied his agreement, no charges were ever brought against him.
