NOT CHARGED | POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA & POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – State v. Mr. C. (DMC No. 9840) (Chandler Police Department): Mr. C. was driving with some friends on Chandler Blvd., when they were stopped for a minor traffic violation. The officer smelled Marijuana and found some pot, along with a pipe.
