NOT CHARGED | Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale(DMC No. 8681) (Gilbert Police Department): Gilbert police executed a search at Mr. M.’s house after they alleged he had received and sold various quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana. We were able to negotiate a “free talk” and cooperation contract with the Gilbert Police Department. All potential charges of felony possession of dangerous drugs and Mr. M’s record of arrest were erased. Although he had prior felonies and was facing a lengthy prison time, he ended up with nothing on his record.
