CONVICTION SET ASIDE | Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Minor in Consumption – (Flagstaff City Court No. 98000505, 97004806 & 9700375): Mr. H. had numerous problems with the law before he was 21 years of age.
