Tiffany Villegas

Tiffany Villegas, affectionately known as “Vee,” is a Phoenix native with a lifelong passion for helping others. As the eldest of three siblings, she cherished her role as the “big sister,” always eager to support her younger brothers. This nurturing instinct led Vee to seek opportunities to help others wherever she could.

With over fifteen years of experience in the legal field, Vee has dedicated herself to assisting people through challenging times. She joined the firm as a receptionist eight years ago and, through several promotions, discovered her true calling within the organization. Today, Vee proudly serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Vee’s days in the office are dynamic and varied, encompassing recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. She thrives on constant activity and takes pride in offering support wherever it is needed.

Outside of work, Vee enjoys spending time with her family and taking weekend getaways. She is an avid sports fan, cheering for all Arizona teams, including the Arizona Cardinals. A self-proclaimed “foodie,” Vee loves cooking and exploring new restaurants in the valley.
