Eddie Nahhas was raised in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Loyola University Chicago and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. During his undergraduate years, he moved to Washington, D.C., to participate in a study abroad program, where he had the opportunity to work on Capitol Hill for a United States Senator and learn about politics in our nation’s Capital. He later returned to Chicago, Illinois, to attend Chicago-Kent College of Law.

During law school, Eddie focused on everything related to government. He first returned to Washington, D.C. to intern for the United States House Judiciary Committee. He then clerked for the Department of Homeland Security, and during his last year of law school, he clerked for the Honorable Anthony C. Kyriakopoulos. Throughout his law school experience, Eddie enjoyed the side of litigation. He saw how different attorneys operated in the courtroom and learned a lot about the legal profession.

After graduating from law school, Eddie moved from Chicago, Illinois, to Tucson, Arizona, where he began his career as a prosecutor for the Pima County Attorney’s Office. This is where he developed his love for the criminal justice system. As a young attorney, he handled bench trials, jury trials, and various contested matters in misdemeanor and felony court. He gained an understanding of how prosecutors operate and approach different types of cases.

Eddie’s passions extend across both his professional and personal life. In his career, he is dedicated to representing his clients with exceptional competence and professionalism. Beyond the office, he is committed to developing lifelong skills and experiences. In his free time, Eddie enjoys watching the Chicago Bears, spending time with friends, and playing a good game of pickleball.
