Dominic Callese was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Justice Studies. Dominic then moved to Houston, Texas to attend the Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

During law school, Dominic focused strictly on criminal law. He interned with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, gaining insight into how the criminal justice system works. Knowing that he would return to Arizona, he clerked with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Following law school, Dominic began his career as a Deputy County Attorney where he developed an understanding of how the prosecutors in Arizona approach different misdemeanors and felony offenses.

Dominic has always aspired to advocate for the accused. He began his career as a criminal defense attorney with DM Cantor, which allows him to do precisely that. Dominic embraces challenges and is determined to do whatever it takes to help his clients. Since joining the firm, Dominic has obtained multiple jury trial acquittals.

Dominic is passionate about growth and development not only in his professional career but also in his personal life. Outside of the office, he is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their beloved Maltipoo.
