SUPER EXTREME DUI (.208 BAC) REDUCED to 1 day jail – State v. Mr. A. (DMC No. 10479) (Scottsdale City Court TR-2011020850): Mr. A. was pulled over at Scottsdale Road & Cactus based upon the officer observing in his rear view mirror Mr. A.’s lights weaving from side to side. He subsequently provided a .208 blood reading, and was charged with SUPER EXTREME DUI. One of the officers involved had left the police force, and would not provide his current contact information. Based upon our Motion to Preclude him as a witness, we were able to secure an offer reducing the SUPER EXTREME DUI (with a minimum of 45 days in jail) all the way down to a regular DUI with only 1 day in jail.
