Approximately 15 years prior to hiring us, Mr. G had plead guilty to Felony Attempted Child Molestation (a Class 3 Dangerous Crimes against Children) and he was placed on lifetime probation. Roughly 13 years after that, we were able to have his lifetime probation terminated. It was subsequently discovered that the DPS database kept showing that Mr. G. was on lifetime probation. Because of this, he was unable to get a normal driver’s license (which he was required to do yearly under his lifetime probationary term), and he was threatened to be arrested every time he was pulled over for a minor traffic offense. We were able to clear his record, and he no longer is burdened by the Justice System. He is also allowed to leave the country at will in order to go on vacations.
