NOT CHARGED | SEXUAL EXPLOITATION of a MINOR/CHILD PORNOGRAPHY – U.S. v. Mr. H. (DMC No. 8661) (FBI Investigated): Mr. H. worked for a consulting firm and stayed at a corporate apartment in Phoenix, Arizona. During a routine maintenance check of his laptop computer, his employer alleged that there were images of child pornography found. He was locked out of his corporate apartment, his computer was sent to the FBI and he was ultimately contacted by Agents. Our services were secured and we invoked Mr. H.’s right to remain silent and also produced evidence showing that others had access to the computer. Ultimately, the U.S. Attorney’s Office lacked enough evidence to bring charges against Mr. H. Originally, he was facing life in prison
