PROBATION TERMINATED | FOUR SEPARATE DRUG CONVICTIONS with PRIOR PRISON – State v. Mr. S. (DMC No. 5462) (Maricopa County Superior Court CR2000-017914): Mr. S. had multiple prior convictions for drug usage. His previous two convictions resulted in 3 ½ years of prison time, along with a 2 ½ year probation “tail”. When Mr. S. was released from prison, we were able to successfully petition the Judge to terminate his probation in order to allow him to gain employment and leave the State.
