Amy was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois. She spent most of her early life there before moving to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona. After graduating, she chose to remain in the state and now resides in Scottsdale.

From a young age, Amy has been interested in criminal law, an interest that began in middle school and continued to grow throughout her academic career. She pursued a law degree at the University of Arizona, where both her coursework and internships confirmed her commitment to the field. She is drawn to work that is meaningful, engaging, and constantly evolving, and she values opportunities that allow her to continue learning.

Amy currently works as a criminal defense paralegal at DM Cantor. Prior to this role, she worked for a solo practitioner immediately after undergrad, where she developed the ability to manage high-pressure situations and adapt quickly across a wide range of legal matters. That experience strengthened her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which she is excited to bring to her current position.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys golfing, hiking with friends, and swimming when she has time. She also spends much of her free time with her dog, Tilly, whom she rescued herself in Tucson a few years ago.
