Watch this video of DM Cantor, a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist, describe in detail what to expect when visiting the Maricopa County Superior Court Northeast Regional Court Center (RCC).

Our recommend way to get to this court is to  take State Route 51 either coming northbound or southbound and take the Union Hills exit and and continue east. The Maricopa County Court Center is just a short distance away from the highway exit and is located on the south side of the street. It is a large complex with plenty of parking on the north and the east side of the building.

Once inside the Court Center, check-in at the main reception desk and you will be asked to wait either outside the courtroom or inside the courtroom. You will wait to meet with either prosecutor or the judge.

There is food available at this particular courthouse, for convenience. There are also snacks available and a coffee stand in the building so you won’t need to leave the court to get something to eat. Make sure that you are dressed appropriately when visiting, keeping in mind that you are at a court of law. Whether it is felony-level, misdemeanor-level court or even one of the justice courts (these matters are also classified as misdemeanors), make sure you dress professionally. Behave as if you are there for a job interview. Remember, whether it’s a felony or a misdemeanor, each has potential prison time associated with it, so you should treat this like the serious matter that it is.

If you want more information regarding the Judges at the Maricopa County Superior Court Center click on ‘Judges’ and then navigate to the Maricopa County Superior Court Center and our firm will give you an opinion as to your Judge once you find their name. We will tell you whether your Judge, in the firm’s opinion, is a pro-defense, is equally fair to both sides or if your judge is pro-state or prosecution. We may also have no opinion on the Judge.

If you or a loved one have been charged and you are facing a felony or misdemeanor, give us a call at 602-307-0808 or schedule your Free Initial Consultation. It will only take 30 minutes of your time and it won’t cost you a dime. Be sure to bring in all your paperwork and we will go over your case from the beginning to the end and try finding a way out of this for you.
