Kyrene Justice Court

Arrested in Arizona? Call Today for Help!

If you are summoned to appear before the Kyrene Justice Court, this means that you have been cited or arrested by DPS which is the Department of Public Safety, or the Maricopa county sheriff’s office for crimes such as a DUI or a misdemeanor crime.

In the event that you have been cited by a city police officer, you should have already been told to go to the city court. The jurisdiction of the Kyrene Justice Court is University Drive to the North, Baseline Road to the South, Price Road to the East, and West 43rd Avenue to the West. It’s not quite a perfect square though as it is a more odd shape given the way that those roads run. Kyrene Justice Court has one of the larger jurisdictions.

If you are cited, it is a good idea to contact DM Cantor to ensure that you have actually been cited within that jurisdiction. If you are arrested outside of that jurisdiction, the charge can potentially be thrown out completely.

The Kyrene Justice Center is located at 201 E Chicago St. Chandler, AZ 85225. Parking at this location is free and available. Appropriate court attire is necessary. No hats, sunglasses, shorts, tank tops, etc. Professional dress is preferred. The Judge for this court is Sharron Sauls. Sauls is a respected judge at the Kyrene Justice Court, known for her extensive legal knowledge and experience. With a reputation for fair and equitable decisions, Judge Sauls is committed to upholding the law and ensuring justice for all parties in the Kyrene community.

Most of the Justices of the Peace never went to law school and they are not lawyers and are selected by election. They have only been given six weeks of training. This is not a common method used in most other professional careers. There are situations when this causes the Justices to not get the rulings right. Therefore, if you have been charged with a DUI or misdemeanor and told to go to this court, call DM Cantor for a free initial consultation and hopefully come to a good resolution. Our offices are available 24 hours a day at (602) 307-0808 or by using our confidential email form.
