Address:

There is a lot of parking outside the court. Of course, you should always dress appropriately whenever you are going to court. This means you should avoid wearing hats, tee shirts and sunglasses. Definitely dress in business appropriate attire just as you would if you were going in for a job interview.

It is absolutely imperative to hire an attorney to represent you in your case. If you have an attorney, you will not be required to attend the Fountain Hills City Court because your legal representation will go in your place. Your lawyer will have to go every month to the court as the average case takes four to six months to be completed. Cases are also taken in order of the judge’s preference, which means that if you are required to appear with your attorney, your attorney will ensure that you are in and out very quickly, which saves you a great deal of time. If you go to court on your own, you can find yourself there considerably longer in comparison. If you are without legal representation, you are known as a “pro per” client to the prosecutor, which means he or she is going to try to get you to plead guilty. Your defense attorney is essential in such a situation as he or she will work to get the case dismissed altogether or at the very least have the charges reduced to something lesser.
