CASE DISMISSED: First Degree Murder Case of Lisa Randall
This morning Lisa Randall, a client of Arizona Criminal Attorney David Michael Cantor, had her charges of first degree murder and aggravated child abuse dismissed by Judge Michael Kemp. The dismissal of this First Degree Murder case are a sign that common sense does still exist in Maricopa Law and is the culmination of over 3 years of heartache for Lisa and her family. The Law offices of David Michael Cantor are pleased that Lisa and her family are able to move on with her life. We have provided you with the letter that David Cantor sent to Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley’s office on June 30th. It describes the details of the case and why we argued for a dismissal.
